Learning Focused Schools

Our vision is to create a community which works together so all Pequea Valley students will reach their highest potential. In this effort, Pequea Valley School District has begun to employ the use of Learning Focused Schools (LFS) . LFS is a research based school improvement framework of best practices that emphasizes planning, a prioritized curriculum, instructional strategies, assessment and school organization to maximize student achievement. In essence, LFS concisely connects the research to planning and delivering instruction using exemplary practices.
